I faced that billboard from my bedroom all my growing up years. At that time Phillip Morris advertised on it. And they had some awesome artwork. I used to watch the painters sketch the board first and than paint it.
Also, notice the sign on the corner of Canal and Mulberry streets. It says route 27.
