Clinton Street: Then And Now

You may not have caught these in the video from the last post. Here's a better look at the then and now views of Clinton Street (1949 vs 2002).
Almost 5 years after I took the "now" picture the street and the two square blocks west are still undeveloped. It's city owned and there has been much debate over the years as to the way it should be redeveloped. My (and Jack Kirby's) pre-Knickerbocker Village residence (76 Suffolk Street) is part of that lot.
