Rubin Beer: 40 Monroe Street (Really 30)

Who is Rubin Beer? He is the Grandfather of the KV Godfather. Unknown to me until recently, he was a original KV inhabitant. At the beginning of WWII even "old guys" had to register, just in case things got hairy. This registration card is part of that document collection. According to Bruce there are other mistakes on the card, besides the address, but the phone number is correct and stayed the same until 1964.
