Johnny Martinucci And The Demensions

from a 1993 performance, joining John are Lenny Del, Tom Clemente, Ron Scauri, and Sonya Parthe.
from Joe Bruno:
Johnny Martinucci (JOHNNY MOTTS), WHO LIVED AT 32 MONROE, HAS BEEN A PROFESSIONAL DOO WOP LEAD SINGER FOR OVER 40 YEARS. HE IS PRESENTLY THE LEAD SINGER OF THE DEMENSIONS (SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW, MY FOOLING HEART, ZING WENT THE STRINGS OF MY HEART). IN THE DEMENSIONS 1996 ALBUM JOHNNY MOTTS SINGS MY PRAYER AND UNCHAINED MELODY, TWO OF THE HARDEST SONGS TO SING. BOTH SONGS WERE PRODUCED BY THE UNEQUALED LEAD SINGER JOHNNY MAESTRO (THE CRESTS, BROOKLYN BRIDGE.) ALSO FROM THE LOWER EAST SIDE. I'M NOT SURE JOHNNY MAESTRO LIVED IN KV, BUT HIS YOUNGER BROTHER PEE WEE LIVED AT 16 MONROE IN THE 70'S.

That's not Johnny Martinucci (aka Johnny Motts) in the picture. To get a proper picture of Johnny, see link: http://members.aol.com/Rainbow50/bios.html

Johnny Maestro (John Mastrangelo) grew up on Mulberry St. on the lower east side of Manhattan. His family then moved to Staten Island. Johnny lived on Long Island for many years, and now lives in Florida. Johnny and The Brooklyn Bridge are celebrating their 40th anniversary as a group in 2008. It's been 50 years since Johnny sang lead for The Crests and had a #2 hit with "16 Candles". His voice is better than ever.
