French Connection: Lincoln Stakeout On Dover Street
Tony LoBianco drops the car off on Dover Street between Water and Front and then Popeye and Cloudy stake it out. At the beginning the cars are seen coming from South Street and turning north on Peck Slip then east on Water Street and south on Dover.
