31 Monroe Street

The site of Joe Bruno's former parking lot towers over the rest of Monroe Street. Looks like its nearing completion. Strange that there are still empty lots, three adjoining ones to be precise, on Henry Street They've been in that state for over 60 years. All this sets up the next post.
