Life On the Lower East Side by Rebecca Lepkoff and Peter Dans is a great book, but I've always been frustrated by trying to figure out exactly where the photos were taken since that information wasn't provided. Here's one I solved recently, 158 Henry Street, between Rutgers and Jefferson.
